Terms and Conditions

All Trading Activities are in Accordance with UK Law, and also to the Distance Selling Regualtions (DSR) (not applicable to business to business contracts).

VAT - All items, unless otherwise stated, are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Prices - Prices charged will be those ruling at date of dispatch. All goods subject to availability. Any products currently not available ex-stock will be notified by e-mail.

Carriage - Goods are usually dispatched within 3 working days by post or courier. Please see the web site for carriage charges at the time of order. The carriage charge will automatically be added to the order at the time of order placement - This packing and carriage charge apply to delivery within the United Kingdom mainland only. For all orders from outside of this area packaging and delivery will be charged at cost - We will contact you to advise you in this case.

Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted on carriers delivery sheet immediately (if applicable) and notice in writing given to the address on the 'Contact' page on the web site within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Non Delivery - Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to the address on the 'Contact' page on the web site within 3 days of date of dispatch shown on invoice.

Cancellation / Return of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. No goods can be returned after 7 working days of receipt of the goods. To arrange a return please contact us in writing or email using the details on the 'Contact' page on the web site. As per the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) (not applicable to business to business contracts) we will refund the whole value of the order including delivery costs if all items are being returned and we have been notified within 7 working days of you receiving the goods - No overseas or additional (special) postage costs will be refunded where goods are not damaged or faulty. At our discretion if we have been notified after 7 working days of you having received the goods, we will accept the goods back and incur a 20% administration charge (or the full cost of packaging and Posting whichever is greater). During the authorisation process we will let you know where and how to return the goods.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods in all circumstances unless the goods are faulty or do not comply to the description on the web site.

Payment : Payment must be made in advance. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and debit cards such as Maestro and Delta.
